Summer is here! Sealing your Concrete or Paver Surfaces may be just what you need to keep your Hardscape Beautiful. We always include Sealing of all our Stamped and Exposed Aggregate Surfaces and recomend re-sealing every year. Depending on each situation, re-sealing may be needed sooner or may be prolonged if the area is protected. Pavers are unique in that they offer an old world look without sealing, however you may want to consider Sealing if you have Pavers on your driveway. Oil stains are a lot easier to wipe up on a sealed Driveway. We do not recomend any snow-melt products, however if you drive on our City Streets it is inevitable that some sort of sand or salt will rest on your Driveway during snow/ice melt. It is ok to protect even your Broom Finish Concrete against these elements. Call now for an estimate!!!

Consider Timliness and Thoroughness of bid. Discuss any special situations! 4) Compare "Apples to Apples" with any other bids! Verify procedures, Start Dates, Job Duration, Inclusions / Omissions, Warrantys, & Maintainance. Read all Contracts / Bids closely to make sure that you are getting the biggest Bang for the Buck!!! 5) Make sure that anyone offering pricing is a "Licensed Contractor" for your protection. It is illegal to hire an Un-Licensed Contractor. 6) Approve final look and colors. Sign the Contract / Bid! No verbal agreements! 7) Pay on Time per the agreed payment schedule! All work is gauranteed for a minimum of 1 year. 8) Enjoy your new look!
